Velocity Specialty Insurance Company (“VSIC”) is an AM Best A (Excellent) rated E&S Carrier writing middle market and small to medium business risks in catastrophe exposed areas through brokers, agents, and managing general agency [Velocity Risk Underwriters, LLC](http://www.velocitymga.com/) (“Velocity Risk”). Velocity Risk's affiliate also acts as the third party claims administrator for VSIC and delegated authority to [Velocity Claims, LLC](http://www.velocityclaimsllc.com/) (“Velocity Claims”), which provides claims management services to VSIC.

VSIC was established to provide to the E&S market greater availability and access to all forms of global risk capital through our specialty products. Velocity Specialty Insurance Company (“VSIC”) is a Delaware-domiciled Excess & Surplus lines stock insurance company based in Nashville, Tennessee. VSIC is a subsidiary of FMV Holding Company, a Delaware corporation. VSIC works with surplus lines brokers, agents and managing general agencies to write insurance policies, and as such does not solicit insurance directly from the public. Some products offered by VSIC may only be available in certain states, and only available through surplus lines insurers.
